People Analytics 200 builds on foundational HR data concepts covered in People Analytics 101 and equips you with intermediate analytics skills to better interpret workforce data, create meaningful visualizations, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to: - Clean and prepare HR datasets from multiple sources to create analysis-ready data. - Conduct trend and segmentation analyses to identify workforce patterns and differences. - Differentiate between internal and external benchmarks and evaluate their appropriate use in HR decision-making. - Calculate and interpret descriptive statistics and identify correlations in HR data. - Design and present insight-driven HR reports and visualizations that communicate findings clearly. - Apply all course concepts in a capstone project by analyzing HR data, benchmarking results, and developing actionable recommendations for leadership. KDR Analytics is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
