As the Founder of KDR Analytics, she blends corporate depth with entrepreneurial agility to help HR teams move from reports to real decisions. Her experience spans People Analytics, HRIS, Recruiting, HR Operations, and Program Management, always anchored in the belief that employee experience is the heartbeat of every thriving organization.

With nearly a decade in People Analytics, Kendra is known for standing up Centers of Excellence, leading data governance, and translating complex analysis into action. She focuses on measurable outcomes across retention, workforce planning, time to fill, and employee listening, avoiding vanity metrics in favor of evidence that leaders can trust. A SHRM Recertification Provider and frequent speaker, she equips HR professionals to use analytics to inform strategy, not just dashboards.

 

Educational Background

Kendra earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University, and later added a Master’s in Data Science from Eastern University. This mix of behavioral science, HR strategy, and technical expertise grounds her practical, people-centered approach to analytics.
